This will be a short post, as will many over the summer. I will be mostly unavailable over the next three weeks. Therefore, there will be no 5 a Day With Jay.

I will make short posts here to keep my blogging streak going. When I return, the number of blog posts will surpass the number of 5 a Day With Jay episodes. That’s so weird to think about.

At any rate, news will be limited while I kick back and recharge my batteries.
