This week started out with one of those days. It’s turned into one of those weeks. Every time I turn around there’s something else to do. I’m not complaining, mind you. It just seems like there’s always somewhere to be and something to do. Some days I wonder how I’m fitting all this in and still getting sleep.

Today was another up early day. Tomorrow will be as well. That’s why I get paid the big bucks, right? Been fighting with a coding issue for the past three weeks. I think I’ve finally gotten it nailed down. I’ll do some more testing tomorrow and we’ll see how it goes from there.

I had intended to record my episode of the Action Pack Podcast on Sunday. I was going to edit on Monday and get the episode assembled and uploaded. Guess what, it’s been one of those weeks. I’ve barley been how, but I did get the recording done today and I’m in the process of assembling now. I’ll upload, get the post together, and once Mike Plested is online, the post will go live. It’ll drop in the morning.

I’ve been editing as much as I can and making notes on jack Kane. I really like the story. I did find a continuity issue that I will correct. Seems out hero found something before the villain put it there. Should be an easy enough fix. So far that’s the only major plot issue I’ve found.

Mike and I did a good job planning this one out so it all flows well. We should be able to do similar work once we start on the second book. The characters are so much fun to write, I can’t see us NOT writing the sequel.

All this editing has gotten me even more excited to begin work on Of Gnomes and Dwarves. I’ve got all those characters running around in my head, doing battle, fighting dragons, saving maidens, and doing a lot of other things they’re not supposed to be doing in an effort to stop me from what I’m doing and get them on track for what they should be doing.

I’m like crazy tired, man. I so need to go to bed. My brain is struggling to keep up with my body at this point, but there are still some things that need to be done before I can slip off into slumberland.

I had intended to write my post about ducks today. I’ll have to get on that tomorrow.
