Daily Update: NaNoWriMo Day 19

To those who’ve asked, yes, I’m posting a post-mortem on the previous day’s activity. Just so there’s no confusion. Yes, I know this is really the 20th day of NaNoWriMo, but I write these in the morning (usually) and haven’t gotten through the day just yet.

That said, I managed to get a lot done yesterday. I bought a step and medicine ball for my favorite daughter so she can continue her conditioning here at home. I picked up some heavier weights. I dropped off my favorite daughter at her Abuelita’s house so she could spend the day with her couisns. I did the laundry. Did I mention I have this whole week off!

Oh,and I wrote 2700 words, made some modifications to my word count spread sheet, gave a LOT of thought to the cover to V&A Shipping, and though about where the V&A II plot is headed and how to resolve all the issues I’ve now brought up.

Even though I wrote a bunch yesterday (not nearly as much as I could have or should have) I’m happy with the progress the story is taking. To get 100% caught up on my nanowrimo goal I would need to knock out 3600 words today. I might, I might not. I don’t know just yet. We’ll see how it goes. I have a lot of other ambitions today and many things I need to do before I sit down and actually start writing.

One of those things is to write a review for Frankenstein. I finished reading that this morning. I’m also listening to The Great Hunt (Wheel of Time Book 2). I never did review book 1 and it would be unfair to try and review it now. I know I really enjoyed the book and I can see why so many got sucked into the series.

I would love to sit here and ramble, but there are words to write. Are you doing NaNoWriMo? Are you ahead? Behind? let me know. I’d love to hear from you. For me, I need to go make words happen!

Until Tomorrow!

WOO WOO!
